Long story, here we go.
It all starts with that glitch a couple months ago where everyone was a cadet.
Stupid me, clicked restore (or maybe it was record) stats, which actually reset them. At the time I was a Captain, approximately level 40 marine and level 60 thing.
After the glitch was fixed, I spoke to Vicboy, who directed me to the mods. I spoke to them, and one of them kindly agreed to fix my stats I believe it was Perp or Yoallcapslol. He asked for how many points I had, but I forgot (I never payed attention to points) so I just told him the levels. I haven't spoken to him recently, but I can only surmise that the mods are only able to change players' points, which in turn, changes their levels.
It was a miscommunication, through no fault of his own, he overshot the point values, and I ended up with level 100-ish marine and level 90-ish thing.
We both noticed it the next game, so he lowered it, but again, missed the point value such that I was now 90-ish marine and 70-ish thing.
I have a guilty conscious, so I'd feel bad with such a higher level and the rank of general, so I asked to him to change it again. Then he just kind of disappeared off of the face of the Koprulu sector.
I complained to Vicboy about it, who, always (understandably) busy, directed me to the mods. The only ones I knew of where gone.
The thing is, my "Games Played" was only about 100, so people kept accusing me of hacking. I took offense to this, and explained what happened somewhat angrily.
For about 2 months, I played, lowering my rank to Captain whenever the game started (if I remembered haha.)
I did some basic math, comparing levels I have gained to determine I was approximately Major, so I started lowering my rank only 2 units instead of 3.
Just recently, my stats went down back to captain, but now they are at what I believe to be its bare minimum. Currently level 30 in each. I believe this is when a moderator, (whose name I shall withhold because I have no evidence) lowered this after seeing my glitched stats. (S)he asked me about them, so I explained, and I thought I satisfied them, apparently not.
So my problem is my stats are somewhat lower than I believe they should be. My status as Major is debatable, as that was my own attempt at making up for lost progress, but I was a bare minimum of level 45 marine and 60 thing.
