Where is PERP?

Where is he?
I have searched long in far, through the forest in Liberty. but the young PERP was nowhere to be seen.
I tried looking for him frozen in the mountains of Baguio. But the young PERP was nowhere to be seen.
I thought he may have been chilling in Aquilon with thing. But the young PERP was nowhere to be seen.
I searched and searched all day and night in Ragnov. But the young PERP was nowhere to be seen.

Where is PERP???


PERP is the glue that keeps us together.
PERP is the Completed Puzzle with all of the pieces assembled.
PERP is the one we all look for when we need to complain, or just to chill with.


We need PERP.
