Is it tking if you tk someone that's trying to tk?

If you don't understand what I'm saying I'll give examples.  Say a marine throws a Nade at a group he's in, but it's a crappy Nader say it has like 3 sec still on it and it does not kill anyone, should u kill him and it's not not be tking? Or say a marine shoots another marine and like 3 people turn on the dude that's shooting is that tking? So all I'm asking is, is it tking if u kill a dude that's trying to tk?
