    New Elements for New Maps Empty New Elements for New Maps

    I think it would be nice to introduce new maps to change the game up a bit. Personally, I’m not a fan of Baguio and Sahara. Here are some ideas that would be interesting to implement on new/existing maps:

    Natural Critters:
      • Natural critters would roam the map (e.g: Aquilon / Liberty) and is neutral until attacked
      • Thing can kill them and eat corpse which gives more health (mmm organic!) than marine corpse
           o Critters = Thing Medkits?
      • Thing can kill and transform into natural critters for shits and giggles
           o Will not be automatically hostile it will be same as Thing transforming into another marine
      • Marines now have a side objective, other than camping, to eliminate all critters and burn their corpses

    Water:
      • There has been no maps with water and would be interesting to introduce
           o Why not a beach map with crashed ship at shore?
      • When you are in water, O2 is drained
           o Unlike snowstorm in Aquilon, you can stim but would take damage staying in it for too long

    Critters idea is amazing. Allowing the thing to morph into one is a good idea. Medkits, IDK. Especially depending on these next 2 changes I want really bad. Gives marines a little tiny objective to distract them. Might as well kill them just to make sure, you know?

    Its possible to make it work, I guess in terms of the sand/ station textures for that kind of map. Will look into it.

    This would do wonders and would help prevent camping.
