EDIT: PEOPLE using in game party chat will also do this, and that is also against the rules.
2) Save the replay. Save it even if you have suspicions but don't feel like checking right away. Rename it to something you can remember (I usually name it the players names, or at least the color of their marine to help sorting through the replay easier)
3) KEEP IN MIND, colors are scrambled. You cannot accuse someone who's game color was black just because a black marine was a tker. The player with the game color of black might have been the yellow marine. YOU MUST be careful about this part, or you will end up accusing innocent people.
edit: thing also changes colors, obviously, so be aware of that too. marine color should not be used as the basis of accusing.
4) Look through the replay, ideally you will have stayed until the end of the game and gotten the players names. If you think the black marine was tking, at the end when you see the player leave and their name is colored black, that is your guy. IF you did not do this, you need to check each players "player view" in the replay, until you find the person controlling the marine color you suspect.
5) If you are sure cheating was going on, and have their names (either from staying till end, or checking every players "player view" in the replay) you need to get their handle. These handles are located at the beginning of the game (go to beginning of the replay, you CAN NOT see the handles in all view, you need to be in a specific players view). After you have done this, write down their name and handle.
6) PM me or Admin (Vicboy) their names handles, and a copy of the replay. DO NOT do this in a sc2 chat window, as if we log out we cannot see this information anymore. Also try to include their colors in game so we can check faster, and a brief reason why you believe they are cheating.
7) At this point, once we confirm, the player will be warned. If they are reported again after being warned, they will be banned, and will no longer be able to play.
Do this EVERYTIME you suspect cheating, and we will start cleaning out the lobbys for legit players, and making the game more worth playing.
