    Thing Health:
    Going burrowed increases HP by 200 (no multiplier) and HP regeneration is instantaneous but slow.
    Unburrowed has a short delay but it's faster.
    Marine Health:
    HP regeneration is delayed by 30 seconds, but is considerably fast.

    Thing has a radar ranged 15, vision ranged 11. Marine's vision is 10.

    is the things normal vision (11) only in thing form or as a marine too?

    Only as Thing form. When it's in Marine form, it's trading away most of its benefits as a Thing.
