    Thing's control has been tweaked to make deception easier. Medkits are now a blood tester in a way.

    Maps now have more mechanics involved in their environment.

    Shield is pretty much a bonus now, rather than a tradeoff.

    Beacon Relay is a kind of a backup Comms Tower in a way too.

    Burn area of effect is larger, corpses are now weapons of mass destruction.

    v0.271

    Fixed Spectators unfollowing when Thing transforms into monster form.
    Made major revisions in every map. (Thanks to Probe)
    Fixed Stimpack disabled when picking up Flamethrower while wearing Shield.
    Buffed Thing Control capacity from 2500 to 3200.
    Nerfed Thing Control regeneration from 15 to 11.
    Buffed Thing initial Control from 2000 to 2500.
    Fixed Thing Control bar color being inaccurate in value indication.
    Applyig medkit on Thing will half its current control and further deduct 500 when visible.
    Buffed Beacon Relay time boost from -0.35s to 0.75s when Comms Tower is broken.
    Added an effect on applying a medkit.
    Buffed Burn area of effect from 3 to 6.
    Buffed Shield movement speed modifier from 75% to 90%.

    This update got us to NUMBER FUCKING 7 ON TOP PLAYED IN THE ARCADE. DAFUQ!?!?!? So many new players will be had! Very Happy

    ...For the "Survival" genre... but that's good too.

    Other than that, I like dis update. It breathed new life into the game... and thank you so much for the Riot Shield buff. Much happiness.

    I, despite my huge backing of making speed even worse for riot shield, agree. I find it much more weighted. If I find it, I consider whether or not using it is an option. I much prefer having an actual sense of choice regarding the item. Overall, the speed buff was a good change, at least for the moment. It also helps make up for the slightly Thing-favoured map changes.
