Help! Game points seem bugged for me or something...

So, I just very recently got back into the game after about a year. I had, and still have, like 40,000 thing points from back then, and yet when we hit pro opter and I opt in I never get it, even if the next most thing points are only like 1000... I'm wondering if maybe something went wrong, or maybe the points are too old are something? It's just seriously confusing me, and is pretty annoying when the things are pretty bad and my thing points are really high but I'm not getting it with pro opter when I opt in. Thanks!

Did you change computers or reformat your system? You could always ask an admin to change it for you.

Yeah, I changed computers but transferred files over. that could be the issue, maybe i could do a stat reset and then have an admin change my stats up to what they were prior? but not sure how I would contact an admin. Any and all thing games I find are very low players and none of the admins I talked to from before.
